ORGANIZATIONAL
PHASES
IPHQ
is still in its initial development phase, its infancy.
Due to the uniqueness of its scope and resource constraints
present organisation of the IPHQ has been made to constitute
in four formations, the three 'Operational Divisions'.
The three line formations are headed by a fully trained
faculty /staff member, for line functions, and a Management
Support Services Division, under the Director-IPHQ,
for staff functions, support services, and for IT Operations.
These
formations are further divided into Cells, in line with
the notion that each cell in time shall InshaAllah grow
to be an international level full functional wing in
near future. Besides the 'Cell' there are Units, Task
Groups, and Programmes.
The
Formations of the IPHQ namely are:
- Division
for Public Health
- Division
for Epidemiology and Disease Control
-
Division for Family Health.
- Management
Services Division.
These
formations as they stand comprised of Cells and other
sections according to operational needs.
