| Operational
History & Achievements of IPHQ up to October 31st, 2001.
The
IPH has only seen the first four years of its actual
functional life yet. Years, which have been really tough,
chequered, and full of odds against it. Despite the
fact that till date IPH has had to face acute odds against,
and is still going through its primary development stage,
which has been made more complex due to the problem
of space for the Institute. The IPH Core Team has performed
remarkably well in a significant manner. And the functions,
which are not hindered by lack of space particularly
on the MSU side, have been discharged most professionally
and efficiently. Due to constraint of time and space
only the major achievements are mentioned below. One
of the Pride achievements of the IPHQ is the development
of the capacity in the field of IT. This will have very
far reaching future implications for the progress and
development of the province:
